Contract

A contract is fixed, after you sent us a booking order and we sent you a confirmation of it.

Pay Down

After receiving our confirmation a pay down of 20% of the agreed amount has to be transferred within 8 days. If it does not arrive within this time, the room / apartment could be given to anyone else. This pay down gets lost in case of cancelling or non-arrival.

Payment

Remaining price is to be paid after arrival in cash for the whole booked period. Moreover a deposit of € 100 for handing out the keys is requested.

Legal Domicile

Legal domicile for everyone is Berlin.
